Purpose and storage

Operational state and account/performance history are stored in local SQLite databases on the operator's managed computer. Historical records are retained after an advertising account is unlinked; unlinking is not automatic deletion. Google Ads user data collected through this tool is not sold.
Services involved
- Google. Authorization, the Google Ads API, and account and advertising data are processed by Google under the applicable Google terms.
- Cloudflare (website hosting). This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request metadata — such as IP address, browser user agent and request time — for delivery, and may apply security features and, where enabled, analytics.
- Dedicated proxy network. Google Ads API traffic is routed through a dedicated proxy provider that carries the related connection metadata.
- Operator automation. OpenClaw-based operator automation schedules and performs the workflows and sends operational notifications via Telegram; Telegram therefore processes the related notification content and metadata.
- AI-assisted analysis. Where AI-assisted analysis is used, relevant task context may be processed by the configured model services.
This hostname currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for website usage measurements and Cloudflare Email Address Obfuscation to protect the published contact address from automated harvesting. Cloudflare injects browser-side scripts for these features. Hosting-level features may also set technical cookies or process connection metadata as described above.
Retention and requests
Operational history is retained for ongoing operations, audit, reconciliation and duplicate prevention; there is no promise of automatic deletion immediately after access is revoked. You may revoke the application's Google access, remove Google Ads account access, or request review or deletion of retained data by contacting [email protected]. The operator verifies the requester's authority before changing records.
